2 DAYS SNOWMOBILE
ADVENTURE AND OVERNIGHT IN ICE CAVE

ice cave Svalbard

ABOUT

Are you prepared for an authentic Arctic adventure that takes you off the beaten path, featuring a unique overnight stay inside an ice cave?

Join us for a thrilling 2-day snowmobile and ice cave expedition!

Navigate your snowmobile through breathtaking landscapes, across glaciers, and delve into ice caves that have existed for thousands of years. Our journey begins in town, where we will pick you up from your accommodation. After changing into appropriate snowmobile gear and a safety briefing, we will head out into the enchanting wilderness of Svalbard.

We'll spend an entire day exploring the Arctic, traversing glaciers and keeping an eye out for wildlife such as Arctic reindeer, Arctic foxes, seals, and possibly even a polar bear. We'll make several stops to let you soak in the picturesque views and capture photos.

Ice caves constantly evolve throughout the year due to meltwater and glacier movement. Existing caves may vanish, and new ones are waiting to be discovered on our expedition. Equipped with headlamps and helmets, we'll descend into the glacier, unveiling a new world within. These caves can be massive or just large enough to crawl through, but they are always enchanting, showcasing layers of ice formed over millennia.

After a day immersed in Svalbard's stunning nature, we'll arrive at one of the ice caves that will serve as our shelter for the night. Inside, we'll enjoy a warm dinner and prepare for the extraordinary experience of sleeping in an ice cave. For those interested, we'll offer ice cave climbing. Don't worry if you're inexperienced; our certified climbing guide will ensure your safety.

Enjoy a restful night enveloped in the warmth and tranquility of the ice cave...

The next morning, after breakfast and boiling water from fresh snow, we'll ride our snowmobiles through Svalbard's vast valleys, returning to town. By late morning, we'll arrive back to return our equipment and snowmobiles. With a wealth of unforgettable memories, you'll bid farewell to the guide and fellow adventurers, proudly claiming your status as a true Arctic explorer. This journey is for those in search of something extraordinary!
